We keep our process as simple and transparent as possible. 
Phase One 
An email or call for an initial discussion about your requirements is the first step. We then conduct an onsite meeting or zoom/video call which will enable you to show us the room(s) where the work is to be carried out and an approximate idea of the size. We can run through different materials, Designs and colour palettes to gain us a clear understanding of what you want, and for us to provide you with a broad estimate of price. 
Phase Two 
If you are happy with our price estimation, we will carry out a site visit to your property to take the accurate measurements we will need to provide a detailed costing. During this visit we will ask you a number of questions to give us an understanding of your requirements and design tastes. 
Phase Three 
You will receive either a CAD 2D-3D drawing or a hand sketch with detailed costings for the required work sent via email. 
Phase Four 
Once we have both agreed the plan and you decide to proceed, we will then agree a start date. At this point you will be invoiced for 25% of the total cost which is to be paid prior to commencement of works. If your project is scheduled to go longer than 5 working days we will invoice you for a further 25% part payment with the balance of 50% to be paid on completion of works.
